- 1 onion
- 3 c chicken stock
- 1 1/2 c water
- 1 c watercress leaves (shredded)
- 1 c ham julienne (cut into)
- 1 c snow peas
- 1/2 c thinly mushrooms (sliced)
- 3 oz cellophane noodles
- 2 t vegetable oil
- 1 t ginger (minced fresh)
- 1 t soy sauce
- 1 t oriental sesame oil
- 1 t rice vinegar
- 2 slices carrots diagonal (thin sliced)
- 2 slices green onions thinly (sliced)
pepper flakes. Adjust seasoning. Serve in deep bowls, sprinkle with green onions.
