Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 700 ml chicken stock
  • 350 ml water
  • 240 ml watercress leaves (shredded)
  • 230 gr ham julienne (cut into)
  • 200 gr snow peas
  • 45 gr thinly mushrooms (sliced)
  • 20 gr cellophane noodles
  • 10 ml vegetable oil
  • 5 gr ginger (minced fresh)
  • 5 ml soy sauce
  • 5 ml oriental sesame oil
  • 5 ml rice vinegar
  • 2 slices carrots diagonal (thin sliced)
  • 2 slices green onions thinly (sliced)

pepper flakes. Adjust seasoning. Serve in deep bowls, sprinkle with green onions.
