- 700 ml chicken stock
- 350 ml water
- 240 ml watercress leaves (shredded)
- 230 gr ham julienne (cut into)
- 200 gr snow peas
- 45 gr thinly mushrooms (sliced)
- 20 gr cellophane noodles
- 10 ml vegetable oil
- 5 gr ginger (minced fresh)
- 5 ml soy sauce
- 5 ml oriental sesame oil
- 5 ml rice vinegar
- 2 slices carrots diagonal (thin sliced)
- 2 slices green onions thinly (sliced)
pepper flakes. Adjust seasoning. Serve in deep bowls, sprinkle with green onions.
