- 5/8 full
- 1 1/4 c grape juice
- 1 c am wheat pastry flour (whole)
- 1 c am blue cornmeal
- 1/2 c nuts (chopped)
- 1/4 c yogurt (plain)
- 1 tb am unrefined vegetable oil
- 2 ts non-alum baking powder
- 1 ts lemon extract
- 1/4 ts sea salt
- 1/4 ts nutmeg
to make pancakes.
