- 12 poblano chilies (fresh)
- 9 pie (pan)
- 6 eggs
- 2 sides
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 above rim
- 1/4 onion (yellow)
- 1 1/2 c whipping cream
- 1/2 lb monterey jack
- 3 tb sour cream
- 3/4 ts salt
necessary. Cool for 5 minutes before cutting. Serve hot or at room temperature. Serves 6 main course servings.
