Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 green chilies
- 1 mixed dal
- 1 zucchini
- 3/8 asafetida
- 3 cups water
- 4 tb ghee
- 1 tb ginger (chopped)
- 2 tb coriander leaves (chopped)
- 3/4 ts black mustard seeds
- 1 ts garlic (chopped)
- 1 ts salt
- 3/4 ts cumin seeds
- 1/2 ts turmeric
- 1 slice eggplant
