Ingredients
- 12 sundried tomato (halves)
- 4 snapper fillets (red)
- 2 chinese bean paste (hot)
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup liquid
- 1 1/2 tb lemon juice
- 1 tb olive oil
- 2 teaspoons oil skille (into)
- 1 tb chives
- 1 tb flour
- 1/2 oz pine nuts
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 tbsp parsley
- some garlic
Add tomatoes and reserved liquid, pine nuts and garlic; cook 1 minute, until heated through. Spoon sauce evenly over snapper.
