Ingredients
- 2 long (inches)
- 1 cinnamon recipe by christie aspergen (ground)
- 1 wide
- 7 c cake flour
- 6 cups flour
- 2 3/4 c sugar
- 1 1/2 c water
- 1 c honey
- 1 1/2 c corn oil
- 1 c butter (unsalted)
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 c walnuts (chopped)
- 1/4 c orange juice (fresh)
- 2 ts baking powder
- 1 ts baking soda
Place on a wire rack and sprinkle at once with the chopped nuts and cinnamon. Cool completely. Place each cookie in a paper muffin cups. Store in an airtight tin. ----
