Ingredients
- 2 green onions
- 1 green chilies
- 1 bean curd
- 1/2 stock
- 2 tb oil
- 1 tb soy sauce
- 1 tb black beans (salted)
- 1 ts brown sugar
- 1 ts garlic
- 1 ts cornstarch dissolved in
-tb water Heat oil in a wok & fry the onion, garlic & chili for 30 seconds. Add salted beans & bean curd, fry gently till bean curd turns golden. Add the rest of the ingredients & cook until the sauce thickens. Serve hot over noodles or fried rice. Jack Santa Maria, "Chinese Vegetarian Cookery"
