- 2 crust
- 1 overhan fold the overhang under the bottom crust
- 1/2 dough
- 1/2 overhan chill the shell while making the fillin in a bowl
- 1/4 halfamp
- 1/8 on a floured surface (thick lightly)
- 2 1/2 c raspberries
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 3/8 c cornstarch
- 1 tb butter (unsalted)
- 1/8 ts cinnamon
- 1/8 ts nutmeg
minutes more or until crust is golden and filling is bubbling. Serve with ice cream.
