- 1/8 on a floured surface (thick lightly)
- 650 gr raspberries
- 300 gr sugar

- 45 gr cornstarch
- 8 gr butter (unsalted)
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr nutmeg
minutes more or until crust is golden and filling is bubbling. Serve with ice cream.
