- 1 fill muffin lined with paper baking
- 1 flour mixture alternately with sour cream
- 1 in a mixing bowl
- 1 granulated sugar
- 1 lemon zest (grated)
- 5/8 full
- 3 cups unbleached flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup egg beaters
- 3/4 cup butter (unsalted)
- 3/8 cup lemon juice (fresh)
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Bake in 375F oven for 18 to 20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
