- 99 egg substitute
- 1 fill muffin lined with paper baking
- 1 flour mixture alternately with sour cream
- 1 in a mixing bowl
- 1 granulated sugar
- 1 lemon zest (grated)
- 5/8 full
- 375 gr unbleached flour
- 240 ml sour cream
- 200 gr sugar
- 180 gr egg beaters
- 100 gr butter (unsalted)
- 80 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 36 gr poppy seeds
- 7 gr vanilla extract
- 7 gr baking powder
- 7 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Bake in 190ºC oven for 18 to 20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
