- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 1/2 turkey breast with bone
- 1 onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 bell pepper (red)
- 14 1/2 oz cans (diced)
- 14 1/2 oz low-sodium
- 1/2 lb turkey sausage
- 1 c rice (uncooked white)
- 1 tb olive oil
- 1/2 ts garlic powder
- 1 ts paprika
- 1/2 ts cumin (ground)
- 1/2 ts thyme leaves (dried)
- 1/2 ts onion powder
- 1/4 ts sauce (hot)
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1/4 ts black pepper (freshly ground)
pepper. Cook on medium-low heat 10 minutes until the sausage is cooked through.
