- 240 gr low-sodium
- 130 gr turkey sausage
- 120 gr rice (uncooked white)
- 16 ml olive oil
- 2 gr garlic powder
- 2 gr paprika
- 1 gr cumin (ground)
- 1 gr thyme leaves (dried)
- 1 gr onion powder
- 1 ml sauce (hot)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper (freshly ground)
pepper. Cook on medium-low heat 10 minutes until the sausage is cooked through.
