Ingredients
- 1 granny smith apples
- 1 rib celery
- 1 ripe mango
- 3/4 lb chicken breast (roasted)
- 3/8 c nonfat sour cream
- 3/8 c mayonnaise (light)
- 2 tb mango chutney
- 2 tb lime juice
- 3 tb coarsely walnuts (chopped)
- 1 ts grainy mustard
- 2 tb mint (minced fresh)
Note: Waldorf salad is typically chock full o' fat; this one has some fat, but less fat than the traditional recipe. * Candied or sugared ginger can be found in the Asian section of major supermarkets.
