Ingredients
- 1 granny smith apples
- 1 rib celery
- 1 ripe mango
- 200 gr chicken breast (roasted)
- 80 ml nonfat sour cream
- 80 ml mayonnaise (light)
- 34 gr mango chutney
- 30 ml lime juice
- 24 gr coarsely walnuts (chopped)
- 5 ml grainy mustard
- 2 gr mint (minced fresh)
Note: Waldorf salad is typically chock full o' fat; this one has some fat, but less fat than the traditional recipe. * Candied or sugared ginger can be found in the Asian section of major supermarkets.
