Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 quart saucepan
- 2 qt chicken broth
- 2 c monterey jack cheese
- 2 1/2 c potatoes (raw)
- 1 c onions
- 1/2 c green chilies
- 2 tb oil
- 1 tb flour
- 1 ts black pepper
- 2 slices sized carrots
- 1 slice sized zucchini
before serving add the cubed cheese. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
