- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 3 tomatoes
- 2,800 ml saucepan
- 1,900 ml chicken broth
- 425 gr monterey jack cheese
- 375 gr potatoes (raw)
- 120 gr onions
- 65 gr green chilies
- 30 ml oil
- 8 gr flour
- 3 gr black pepper
- 2 slices sized carrots
- 1 slice sized zucchini
before serving add the cubed cheese. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
