Ingredients
- 12 over the oil (inches)
- 8 serrano chilies
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 shrimp
- 1/2 tofu
- 1/2 egg nets
- 1/2 noodles
- 1/2 sugar syrup from step
- 1/2 oil from the wok
- 2 c vegetable oil
- 1 c vinegar
- 8 oz tofu
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 lb shrimp (dried)
- 1/4 c water
- 1/4 lb rice noodles
- 1 ts salt
- some green onions
immediately or hold it at room temperature for up to two hours. VARIATION: If the eggs have formed attractive nets (you should be so lucky!), you may drape them over the Mee Krob as a garnish rather than adding them in step 8.
