Ingredients
- 10 egg whites
- 10 tube (pan)
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 meringue batter the egg yolks until no (into beaten)
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 c sifted cake flour
- 1/2 cup sugar onto wax paper
- 1 tablespoon at a time
- 1 1/2 ts cream of tartar
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1 ts lemon rind (grated)
- 1/4 ts salt
