Ingredients
- 10 egg whites
- 10 tube (pan)
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 meringue batter the egg yolks until no (into beaten)
- 300 gr sugar
- 200 gr sugar
- 160 gr sifted cake flour
- 100 gr sugar onto wax paper
- 12 gr at a time
- 7 ml cream of tartar
- 4 gr vanilla
- 2 gr lemon rind (grated)
- 1 gr salt
