- 21 c chicken broth
- 1 c dry beans (white)
- 3/4 c ditalini
- 1/4 c dry wine (white)
- 3 1/2 oz cotechino italian sausage
- 3/8 c italian tomatoes (canned peeled)
- 1 pn oregano
- some garlic
Serve the cheese in a separate bowl so that each person can garnish their soup with it to taste.
