- 5,000 ml chicken broth
- 260 gr dry beans (white)
- 100 gr ditalini
- 60 ml dry wine (white)
- 55 gr cotechino italian sausage
- 50 gr italian tomatoes (canned peeled)
- 1 gr oregano
- some garlic
Serve the cheese in a separate bowl so that each person can garnish their soup with it to taste.
