- 2 cups swiss cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 cup celery (chopped)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- some rye croutons
- some salt and pepper
