Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 3/8 slivered bamboo shoots
- 4 c chicken stock
- 3/8 c coarsely tofu (chopped)
- 3/8 c water chestnuts (thin sliced)
- 3/8 c snow peas
- 1/2 c chinese cabbage (shredded)
- 3/8 c carrots (sliced)
- 3/8 c thinly mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 slice ginger
Combine stock, ginger and garlic. Simmer 15 minutes. Remove garlic and ginger. Add remaining ingredients to flavored stock, simmer gently for 20 minutes.
