Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 3/8 slivered bamboo shoots
- 950 ml chicken stock
- 85 gr coarsely tofu (chopped)
- 80 ml water chestnuts (thin sliced)
- 65 gr snow peas
- 45 gr chinese cabbage (shredded)
- 45 gr carrots (sliced)
- 28 gr thinly mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 slice ginger
Combine stock, ginger and garlic. Simmer 15 minutes. Remove garlic and ginger. Add remaining ingredients to flavored stock, simmer gently for 20 minutes.
