Ingredients
- 3 sprigs parsley
 - 2 assorted
 - 1 smoked turkey
 - 1 sprig thyme (fresh)
 - 1 bay leaf
 - 10 c water
 - 8 cups stock to a in a pot (boil)
 - 2 c long rice (cooked grain)
 - 1/2 c green (finely diced)
 - 1/2 c onion (finely diced)
 - 1/4 c vegetable oil
 - 1/2 c celery (finely diced)
 - 1/4 c all purpose flour
 - 1 ts chile powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon thyme (dried)
 - 1/2 ts salt
 - 1/4 ts pepper
 - 1/4 ts thyme (dried)
 - 1/4 ts oregano (dried)
 - 1/8 ts cayenne
 - 1 slice stalk celery
 - 1 slice onion
