- 1 rinse chicken
- 1 lowfat milk remaining flour mixture (into)
- 4 ounce green chilies (diced drained)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano (dried crushed)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 slices monterey jack cheese
