Ingredients
- 60 secon transfer dough from the workbowl to a greased mixing bowl
- 2 ricotta
- 4 c flour
- 1 c ice water
- 1/2 lb mozzarella
- 1 c parmesan
- 3/8 c warm water
- 5 tb butter
- 2 ts sugar
- 1 ts salt
- 1 package yeast
- 1 package spinach
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until loaf is well browned and hollow sounding when thumped. --Diane Simms
