- 1 egg
- 1/8 thickness
- 190 gr flour
- 120 gr muenster cheese
- 110 gr cheddar cheese
- 85 gr butter
- 60 ml water
- 18 gr chives
- 16 gr parmesan cheese
- 7 gr parsley
- 4 gr filling in pastry shell
- 2 gr mint
- 2 ml cream of tartar
- 1 gr salt
filling is golden brown and the pastry begins to color. Remove from tins; cook on rack. Serve warm.
