Ingredients
- 6 slashes across the top of loaf (diagonally)
- 2 eggs
- 2 baking sheets with cornmeal
- 1 warm
- 1/2 a oblong loaf (into)
- 3 1/4 c flour
- 3 cups salt and pepper
- 2 c prosciutto (minced)
- 1 c parmesan cheese (fresh)
- 2 tb olive oil
- 2 1/2 ts dry yeast (active)
- 1 1/2 ts salt
- 1/2 ts black pepper
Bake until golden, about 40 minutes, spraying with a plant mister every 5 minutes for the first 15 minutes of baking. Cool on a wire rack. Makes 2 loaves.
