Ingredients
- 6 slashes across the top of loaf (diagonally)
- 2 eggs
- 2 baking sheets with cornmeal
- 1 warm
- 1/2 a oblong loaf (into)
- 400 gr flour
- 375 gr salt and pepper
- 250 gr prosciutto (minced)
- 80 gr parmesan cheese (fresh)
- 30 ml olive oil
- 10 gr dry yeast (active)
- 4 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper
Bake until golden, about 40 minutes, spraying with a plant mister every 5 minutes for the first 15 minutes of baking. Cool on a wire rack. Makes 2 loaves.
