Ingredients
- 3 mushroom caps
- 6 pound broad noodles (cooked)
- 2 c beef broth
- 2 c snow peas
- 10 oz beef tenderloin (boneless)
- 3/4 c nonfat sour cream
- 1/2 c low-sodium tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 t worcestshire sauce
- 1 ts extra olive oil (light)
- 2 t cornstarch in
- 1 t extra olive oil (light)
- 3 t parsley (chopped)
- 1 t dill (chopped)
- 1 ts dill (chopped)
- 1/2 ts black pepper (ground)
- 2 slices onions
- 1 slice bell pepper (red)
