Ingredients
- 4 milk
- 2 yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 apple
- 1/2 bran
- 85 gr raisins
- 80 gr rolled oats
- 50 gr sugar
- 40 gr wholewheat flour
- 40 gr all purpose flour
- 28 gr soft butter
- 4 ml lemon juice
- 3 gr baking powder
- 2 gr baking soda
- 2 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
In large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to bran mixture, stirring until moistened. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake at 220ÂșC about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes dozen small muffins.
