- 1/2 oat bran
- 220 gr ripe banana
- 110 gr brown sugar (light)
- 95 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 95 gr all purpose flour
- 60 gr crystallized ginger
- 40 gr golden raisins
- 28 gr brown sugar (light)
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 14 gr margarine
- 14 gr powdered sugar
- 9 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla extract peel
- 2 gr ginger (ground)
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
to make a glaze. Immediately brush over the hot muffins. Let cool a few minutes before serving.
