Ingredients
- 12 cookies
- 1/4 dough at a time
- 1/4 thickness on floured surface (lightly)
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 170 gr butter
- 150 gr granulated sugar
- 85 ml cream cheese
- 6 gr lemon peel
- 1 gr salt
time into 20 cm circle; cut each into 8 wedges. Stir 1 tsp. grated lemon peel into quarter cup apricot jam; spread over wedges. Chop quarter cup walnuts; sprinkle over wedges. Roll up from long side; curve ends in crescent shape. Bake dozen to 14 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Makes 32. ----
