- 350 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 325 gr firmly packed brown sugar
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 190 gr chocolate (white)
- 130 gr crisco shortening
- 28 gr cocoa
- 16 ml water
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr baking soda
pieces. Place pieces in a microwave safe shallow bowl. Microwave 1 minute at 100% (HIGH) power. Stir. Repeat at 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted. Dip top of each cooled cookie into melted chocolate. Place sprinkles in shallow dish. Dip top of cookies into sprinkles. Set aside to dry completely. Makes: 3- half dozen bon bons ----
