Ingredients
- 9 loaf (pan)
- 5 1/2 chorizo
- 2 eggs
- 1 at a time
- 375 gr flour
- 240 ml milk
- 200 gr set aside
- 300 ml cream cheese softened
- 55 gr butter
- 28 gr brown sugar packed
- 22 gr baking powder
- 16 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 3 gr fennel
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr baking soda
Bake in 190ºC . oven until bread browns and begins to pull away from pan sides ( abt. 55 min.). Let cool in pan on rack for 5 min., then turn out. Cut bread into thick slices and serve warm. Store at room temp. for 1 day. Freeze for longer storage. Thaw wrapped. Reheat uncovered in 180ºC . oven. Yield: 1 loaf
