- 1 onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 remaining sauce over chicken
- 475 ml ketchup
- 120 ml sauce in bottom
- 120 ml more sauce over chicken
- 28 gr butter
- 16 ml worcestershire sauce
- 10 ml cider vinegar
- 5 ml dry mustard
until crisp, about 4 minutes. Turn chicken over and spoon on remaining sauce; broil until crisp. Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 2.25 hours Serves: 4
