Ingredients
- 2 fettucine
- 170 gr mushrooms (sliced)
- 180 ml chicken broth
- 60 ml wine dry (white)
- 45 gr butter
- 40 gr green onion (sliced)
- 20 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 9 gr parsley
- 8 gr flour
- 1 gr garlic salt
- 1 gr sweet basil crumble (dried)
- 1 package crab meat
Place fettucine in a greased 1 litre casserole. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet; saute mushrooms in butter until just tender. Add garlic salt, green onion, parsley and basil to mushrooms; saute 1 minute. Spoon mixture over fettucine. Drain crab meat; arrange on vegetables. Melt remaining butter in skillet; blend in flour. Gradually add chicken broth; cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Blend in wine. Add cheese; cook until cheese melts. Spoon sauce over crab; bake in preheated 200ÂșC oven 15 to 20 minutes. Recipe By : ----
