Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 700 gr chuck steak
- 120 ml ketchup
- 60 ml wine vinegar
- 30 ml worcestershire sauce
- 14 gr brown sugar
- 5 gr dry
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr paprika
- 1 gr black pepper
Cut the beef on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 3 cm wide. Place these in the crockpot. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over the meat, and mix. Cover and cook on Low for 3 to 5 hours.
