Ingredients
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1 potatoe
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 parmesan cheese
- 1/2 italian seasoning
- 350 ml water
- 350 gr garbanzo
- 260 gr tomatoes (canned)
- 130 gr italian pork sausage
- 130 gr carrots
- 130 gr zucchini
Brown the sausage. Combine all but zucchini in the crockpot and cook on low for 7-9 hours. Add zucchini and cook an additional 30 minutes. Serve with parmesan cheese.
