- 190 gr flour
- 120 ml unsweetened fruit juice
- 75 gr diet margarine
- 28 gr flaked coconut
- 5 gr baking powder
- 4 gr orange
- 1 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Sugar substitute equal to - one third c. sugar Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, cut in margarine until consistency of peas. Stir in coconut add remaining ingredients all at once. Stir with fork until dough holds together. Drop about 5 cm apart by teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. ----
