- 8 circle on greased baking shee
- 4 equal portions
- 2 filling
- 1 egg
- 1/4 filling onto cookie round
- 475 ml whipping cream
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 240 gr granulated sugar
- 95 gr crisco shortening
- 75 gr packed brown sugar (lightly)
- 60 ml water
- 55 gr cocoa
- 30 gr instant coffee powder
- 8 gr pure vanilla extract
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
cookies evenly on top of each other. Chill overnight to let cookie layers soften. Makes: About dozen servings. Freezing: Excellent ----
