Ingredients
- 4 oil packed sun tomato (dried)
- 250 gr peas
- 180 gr rice
- 120 ml water (cold)
- 45 gr cilantro
- 22 ml vegetarian oyster sauce
- 16 ml peanut oil
- 10 ml soy sauce (light)
- 16 ml vegetable stock
- 7 gr ginger
- 5 ml dry wine (white)
- 3 gr sugar
- 2 ml sesame oil
- 1 gr salt
- 4 slices scallions
minutes. Add the oyster sauce mixture to the wok and stir until the rice is thoroughly coated. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes, scallions & cilantro, mix well and serve. Adapted from "Food & Wine" October, 1993
