- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 mix fruit (diced dried)
- 1 candied cherries (red)
- 2,400 gr fluted tube (pan)
- 300 gr sugar
- 200 gr pecans (toasted)
- 170 gr butter
- 170 gr golden raisins
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 120 ml buttermilk
- 110 gr semisweet chocolate
- 30 ml cream (heavy)
- 28 gr cocoa
- 5 gr brandy extract
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 3 gr almond extract
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr baking powder
center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in Pan. Remove from pan. Immediately wrap in foil. Let stand overnight at room temperaturebefore serving. Glaze: Melt together in top of double boiler the semisweet chocolate, almond extract and cream. Stir until smooth. (Add more cream if necessary to reach correct glazing consistency.)
