- 280 gr firmly packed brown sugar
- 260 gr chocolate-covered candies
- 170 gr raisins
- 140 gr golden crisco shortening
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 120 gr coarsely walnuts (chopped)
- 80 ml milk
- 7 gr vanilla
- 2 gr orange rind (finely chopped)
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon
to dozen minutes, or until lightly browned. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove cookies to foil to cool completely. Makes: About 2- half dozen cookies ----
