Ingredients
- 6 monterey jack
- 2 zucchini
- 2 low-fat milk
- 1 topping melt butter in a skille garlic
- 550 gr corn kernels (fresh)
- 120 gr onion (chopped)
- 80 gr bread crumbs
- 50 gr butter
- 28 gr flour
- 6 gr garlic (minced)
- 2 gr oregano
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Stir cheese into corn mixture and spoon into a shallow 2 litre baking dish. Sprinkle with topping. Heat oven to 350. Bake casserole for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
