- 14 gr butter
- 5 gr flour
- 4 gr salt
- 1 gr lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 gr rosemary
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 2 slices tomatoes
6. Beat egg whites until barely stiff; fold into cornmeal mixture.
