- 130 gr lump crabmeat (fresh)
- 120 ml low-fat sour cream
- 230 ml tub lo fat cream cheese
- 55 gr lo fat cheddar (shredded)
- 28 gr low fat margarine
- 16 ml skim milk
- 16 gr horseradish
- 2 ml dry mustard
- 2 ml worcestershire sauce
- 1 ml sauce (hot)
- 1 gr paprika
Process until smooth. Spoon mixture into a bowl; stir in cheese and crab. Cover and chill. Sprinkle with paprika; serve with unsalted crackers or vegetables. Makes: 3.5 cups Calories per 1 tablespoon: 18 (fat, .9 gram)
